P.O. BOXES
At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders with P.O. Box addresses will be significantly delayed and canceled. We make every effort to catch and cancel P.O. Box orders before an order ships; if an order processes, it will not be covered by any 4Patriots or UPS guarantees. Orders with P.O. Box addresses may be subject to address-correction charges. We reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to a physical address and to refuse delivery to a P.O. Box.
This policy exists for two reasons:
- First, we primarily use UPS for delivery; they will only make shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Additionally, most 4Patriots shipments are too large for a P.O. Box.

Our survival food kits require boiling water to prepare. Most customers use a propane grill to boil water, or use our Sun Kettle Solar Cooker. The Sun Kettle Solar Cooker will boil water using only the sun.
Another great option is utilizing our Patriot Power Generator and simply plugging in a portable stove top.
Or, simply build a fire. Since 4Patriots survival food is "boil, simmer and serve" it's quite easy to make it using an open flame or a BBQ grill. Just bring your own pot, some clean water and a hearty appetite. Learn more about cooking without electricity here.
Once a survival food pouch is opened, each serving may be taken out individually, and you may save the rest of later. We advise that you place the opened pouch inside a zip-lock bag and keep it in a cool dry place. Your opened food should keep for about 2 weeks using that method. The shelf life for opened packs will depend on individual storage conditions.

Solar Power
Our solar power products are designed and developed at our corporate office in Tennessee. Most lithium battery products in the USA - Including ours - are made in Asia. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah, and our customer support team is based in the U.S. as well.
While we make every effort to source products domestically, some product categories, particularly those electronic in nature, are difficult or impossible to find adequate manufacturing in the U.S. This is not just a cost issue, but a supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing capacity issue. Very few products like computers, cell phones, televisions, etc. are made in the U.S.
Yes, the Patriot Power Generator 1800 can power most residential refrigerators.
The Patriot Power Generator has a 3,048w peak output and a 768wh battery. The higher the wattage of the appliance, the faster the Patriot Power Generator will deplete charge. The solar panel that comes standard with your purchase can charge your generator simultaneously as you power your appliances to help keep the power up.
Many people are unaware a refrigerator does not need to run consecutively on the generator. As long as the door is not being opened multiple times it will hold temperature. We suggest keeping a fridge thermometer in the refrigerator and once the temperature gets to 40 degrees you will plug in the generator again until it gets back to an appropriate temperature and then repeat.

The Patriot Power Cell is compatible with any small electronic device such as a cell phone or tablet that has a “USB-A” charging device. If you have an adapter, they would be compatible with any device.
Your Patriot Power Cells charge fastest using the AC charging cord that comes with each unit. A Patriot Power Cell can go from zero to “fully charged” in about 6 hours or less* using the AC cord. You can also use the Patriot Power Cell’s solar panel to charge your device. Charging via solar takes up to 40 hours.
Charge time will vary depending on lighting conditions. However, in an emergency, if you are lost or stranded it could mean your first phone call to safety with the power it does accumulate by the sun.
Your HaloXT Tactical Flashlight will charge faster using the AC charging cord that comes with each flashlight. The HaloXT Tactical Flashlight can go from zero to “fully charged” in about 4 hours or less* using the AC cord. You can also use the HaloXT Tactical Flashlight’s solar panel to charge your device. Charging via solar takes up to 50 hours.
Charge time will vary depending on lighting conditions.
All of our solar powered products have the ability to detect light even when cloudy, however, our solar powered products will work most efficiently in full sunlight conditions. It’s always best to rotate the solar panels with the turn of the sun throughout the day.
If you are using the Sun Kettle Solar Cooker to sterilize water, ensure that water temperature is above 65°C (150°F) for more than 20 minutes – this will kill or inactivate those organisms that can cause harm to humans, such as Giardia, Cryptosporidium, Endameba, the eggs of worms, Vibrio cholera, Shigella, Salmonella bacteria, those that cause typhoid, the enterotoxigenic strains of E. coli, Hepatitis A and rotaviruses. The Sun Kettle Solar Cooker will boil water, removing or inactivating parasites, viruses, and bacteria, however, it is not intended for use for desalination as it doesn't have a place for desalinated water to vent to.

Cade Courtley is a former Navy SEAL sniper and Platoon Commander who served 9 years of active duty. He has been compensated by 4Patriots for his hard work in helping us test and endorse these products.
Born in Columbus, Ohio but raised in Boulder, Colorado, Cade spent most of his young adult life in the outdoors. Upon graduation from the University of San Diego, he was immediately commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and began Navy SEAL Training (BUD/S). He broke his leg three times and fractured his skull during his Navy SEAL training.

- For stolen orders of more than $500, a police report must be filed. Please include the name of the Police Department and your case number.
